PrediBot Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and Agreement

By accessing or using PrediBot, you confirm that you are:

• At least 18 years of age;
• Not a U.S. Person or located in any restricted jurisdiction;
• Capable of entering into legally binding agreements; and
• Using the Services in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN A RESTRICTED JURISDICTION (including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Ontario, Singapore, Poland, Thailand, Belgium, or Taiwan), YOU MAY NOT USE PREDIBOT.

2. Nature of the Services

PrediBot is an experimental, AI-powered software interface that helps users explore and interact with decentralized prediction markets and blockchain protocols. It may:

• Answer questions about existing markets;
• Assist with creating new markets;
• Help you place bets via connected wallet interfaces; and
• Provide summaries of market trends or outcomes.

PrediBot does not:

• Execute transactions on your behalf WITHOUT your explicit instruction;
• Hold your funds or private keys; or
• Act as a financial advisor or offer professional advice.

3. Risk Disclosure

Using PrediBot and participating in prediction markets involves significant risk, including but not limited to loss of digital assets, irreversible blockchain transactions, AI inaccuracies, smart contract bugs or exploits, price volatility, slippage, or front-running.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS YOU TAKE BASED ON INFORMATION FROM PREDIBOT. DO NOT RISK MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE.

4. AI and Autonomy Disclaimer

PrediBot uses generative AI technology to interpret inputs and suggest responses. You understand that:

• PrediBot may generate inaccurate or inappropriate responses;
• The AI is not a person and cannot enter into agreements on behalf of PredictBase or any third party;
• Output may reflect probabilistic reasoning, not facts; and
• Your reliance on AI-generated suggestions is entirely at your own risk.

5. Non-Custodial and Self-Directed Use

• PredictBase and PrediBot are non-custodial: they do not control, manage, or access your wallet, private keys, or assets.
• Private Key Security: PredictBase/PrediBot does not have access to, store, or manage your private keys. Private keys are generated and managed by Coinbase CDP, a third-party wallet provider, and are subject to your agreement with them. Because this integration is external, it is technically possible that the Coinbase CDP connection could fail and you may temporarily lose access to your wallet.

6. Transaction Execution and Transparency

• Direct Execution: All transactions are initiated and signed by your wallet. PredictBase facilitates interaction with blockchain protocols via PrediBot but does not intermediate or control the execution of transactions.
• Transparency: Transactions are recorded on public blockchains and are viewable by anyone. PredictBase cannot reverse, cancel, or modify transactions once they are broadcast.
• Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all transaction details before submitting them.
• Risk Acknowledgment: You understand that blockchain interactions carry inherent risks—including price volatility, irreversible errors, smart contract vulnerabilities, and network congestion. PredictBase is not liable for any losses or damages arising from these risks.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Access PrediBot from a restricted jurisdiction;
• Use a VPN or proxy to bypass geoblocks;
• Use PrediBot for illegal, exploitative, or manipulative purposes;
• Misrepresent identity or data;
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable law or compromises the security of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and software provided through PrediBot is the property of PredictBase or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes only.

9. Fees and Taxes

A 1% transaction fee applies to all wallet activities conducted through the Platform, including but not limited to placing bets, creating markets, claiming winnings, and transferring funds.

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes or duties that may apply to your use of the Services. PredictBase does not provide tax guidance or report taxes on your behalf.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT PREDIBOT WILL BE ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREDICTBASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST ASSETS, DATA LOSS, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM AI OUTPUT OR BLOCKCHAIN INTERACTIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

12. Waiver of Claims

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby irrevocably waive, release, and discharge any and all claims, whether known or unknown, against PredictBase, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents, arising from or related to:

• Cybersecurity incidents,
• System failures or outages,
• Exploits or hacks of smart contracts or the blockchain network,
• Downtime, trade execution errors, or inaccurate pricing data,
• Acts or omissions of any third party.

This waiver applies regardless of whether PredictBase was advised of or reasonably could have foreseen the possibility of such damages.

13. Arbitration and Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the laws of Panama. You waive the right to participate in class actions. Any non-arbitrable claims must be brought in Panama courts.

14. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the PredictBase website. Your continued use of PrediBot constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
